Job summary

SanMar Corp. is seeking a MH&P Analyst to partner with Distribution, IT, and business teams to implement new projects and improve distribution-facing systems, with a focus on DC production processes and WMS like HighJump and Proship.

You will gather requirements, analyze systems, and support project milestones, while creating documentation and providing Tier III support. Travel up to 50% may be required, with remote work options and a strong emphasis on operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of experience with technology-based distribution systems including high-output printers and label media, databases and reporting tools, voice, RF and scanning WMS equipment.
• Experience with SanMar systems such as Warehouse Management (HighJump/Korber) and Parcel Management (Proship) is preferred.
• Excellent MS Excel skills; ability to write and execute basic to intermediate SQL queries is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Gather and refine business requirements with stakeholders to plan solutions meeting business needs.
• Analyze distribution systems, understand operation dependencies, and support business users.
• Assist Project/Program Managers with detailed project plans and milestones execution.
• Create quality documentation for systems, tools, and processes for internal teams.
• Provide Tier III functional support and training to Distribution staff and IT support teams.
