Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a SAP EWM Business Systems Analyst to support warehouse management and process optimization.

This remote role requires willingness to travel for training and periodic visits to factory locations, with responsibilities spanning issue triage, root-cause analysis, process improvements, and project collaboration. The candidate will participate in SAP EWM/ERP projects, provide end-user training, and support testing cycles while collaborating with IT and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with SAP WM/EWM/MM-IM.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for Warehouse Management issues.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues with root cause analysis.
• Analyze business processes for improvements and support optimization initiatives.
• Participate in SAP EWM/ERP projects, testing cycles, validation and enhancements.
• Deliver training and end-user support to ensure effective system utilization.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.
• Provide prompt support via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve production issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend solutions.
• Provide end-user training and support documentation.
