Job summary

Id-Logistics is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to act as the internal solution owner and lead architect for Tecsys Elite WMS. You will own end-to-end design, guide deployments, and set standards for configuration, integration, deployment, and support across the platform.

Remote with travel up to 50% to U.S. sites; compensation ranges from $160,000 to $180,000 annually plus bonus, with comprehensive benefits. Strong leadership, collaboration, and Tecsys expertise are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 7+ years delivering warehouse management solutions and design ownership.
• Hands-on Tecsys Elite WMS implementation experience.
• Experience as a solution architect or senior consultant on end-to-end Tecsys implementations.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, 3PL, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own the functional and technical solution architecture for Tecsys Elite WMS across modules.
• Lead discovery workshops and translate requirements into configurations and integrations.
• Define and govern the solution blueprint, standards, and extension strategy.
• Design and oversee integrations with ERP, OMS, TMS, WES/WCS, and reporting platforms.
• Provide leadership on nonfunctional requirements: performance, security, DR, and monitoring.
• Lead design reviews, document decisions, and maintain handoff materials.
• Mentor analysts and engineers; drive risk management and resolution of design conflicts.
• Coordinate testing, go-live, and transition to support; ensure readiness and ownership.
