Job summary

Id-Logistics in Kenosha, WI is seeking an Industrial Engineer to design smarter warehouse solutions, analyze operations, and drive continuous improvements across our national network of distribution centers. You will collaborate with operations, finance, and engineering teams to optimize safety, quality, cost, and throughput.

The role requires 4+ years in industrial engineering, strong Excel skills, experience with WMS/PAS and AutoCAD, and a Lean/Six Sigma mindset.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering.
4+ years of industrial engineering experience.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement knowledge.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Follow GMPs and report non-compliance when observed.
Analyze warehousing and packaging processes; implement improvements to safety, quality, cost and throughput.
Create workflow plans and roadmaps with operations leadership.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track KPIs using Excel, SQL, and BI tools.
Design and update warehouse layouts using AutoCAD; propose automation to improve throughput.
