Job summary

1-800-FLOWERS.COM, INC in Austin, TX is seeking a Technical Lead Architect specializing in Oracle Cloud WMS (LogFire) to drive architecture, configuration, and end-to-end implementation across multiple fulfillment centers.

You will lead hands-on design, map processes, configure strategy engines, and integrate LogFire with ERP/OMS/TMS/MHE and eCommerce while mentoring the team and delivering training and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years hands-on Oracle Cloud WMS (LogFire) experience.
• 10+ years in supply chain, warehouse systems, or fulfillment operations.
• Experience leading multi-site Cloud WMS implementations.
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Visio, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Oracle Cloud WMS (LogFire) solutions across all processes.
• Collaborate with business teams to capture requirements and translate to scalable configurations.
• Build and refine LogFire elements such as strategy engines, rules, and templates.
• Design and manage ingestion and outbound flows between WMS and ERP/OMS/TMS/MHE/eCommerce.
• Develop technical specs, interface designs, data mapping documents, and blueprints.
• Provide hands-on support for WMS deployments, testing, cutover activities, and hypercare.
• Troubleshoot production issues, analyze logs, and resolve integration/configuration failures.
• Conduct system health checks, performance tuning, and rule optimization.
• Partner with MHE/WCS vendors to support automation workflows and device integrations.
• Mentor junior team members and deliver training and SOPs to ops and support teams.
