Job summary

Delicato Family Wines is seeking an Area Sales Manager for NY to drive sales growth by building and maintaining strong distributor relationships and engaging customers across Long Island and the Greater New York Metro area. You will promote all Delicato brands to meet quotas and identify new business opportunities.

The role requires collaboration with distributors, reporting on progress toward targets, and leading meetings with management. Travel and evening/weekend work may be needed.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in wine or adjacent industry preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to present sales strategies to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Delicato brands to meet/exceed sales quotas.
• Develop and maintain distributor/wholesaler relationships and oversee programs.
• Schedule and lead distributor meetings and deliver reports against targets.
• Build key accounts and target lists in Long Island and Greater NY area.
• Execute programs and propose new ones based on market needs.
