Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking a M365/Intune Administrator to manage enterprise endpoint management across Windows, iOS, and Android. You will deploy and optimize Intune configurations, compliance policies, and security baselines within a co-managed MECM/SCCM and Intune environment.

You will collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and Engineering teams to streamline enrollment, device provisioning, and application deployment while enhancing security, user experience, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of enterprise endpoint management experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of Microsoft Intune administration experience.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM).
• Experience managing Windows 11 devices.
• Experience administering iOS and Android devices within an enterprise environment.
• Experience deploying and troubleshooting applications.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience working with Windows Autopilot.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Microsoft Intune for enterprise endpoint management.
• Configure device enrollment for Windows, iOS, and Android.
• Create, deploy, and manage Intune configuration profiles, compliance policies, and endpoint security policies.
• Monitor and troubleshoot enrollment, policy deployment, and endpoint management issues.
• Maintain RBAC within Intune.
• Support and administer a co-managed MECM/SCCM and Intune environment.
• Assist in evaluating workloads between MECM/SCCM and Intune.
• Monitor endpoint health and compliance across devices.
• Troubleshoot client management, policy processing, and inventory issues.
• Participate in endpoint modernization initiatives.
• Configure and support Windows Autopilot deployment profiles.
• Assist in design and implementation of device provisioning solutions.
• Support ESP, deployment profiles, and enrollment strategies.
• Collaborate with hardware vendors and internal teams to streamline enrollment processes.
• Install, configure, package, and manage applications within Intune.
• Manage Win32 application packaging and deployment.
• Support Company Portal and application lifecycle management.
• Design, test, and implement new endpoint management solutions and improvements.
• Evaluate new Microsoft technologies and recommend enhancements.
