Job summary

Location is Work from Home for East Coast support hours; salary commences at $122,000 and includes collaboration with cross-functional IT teams to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting enterprise Windows infrastructure or related environments.
• Experience managing enterprise Windows Server operating systems and Microsoft cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, configure, and maintain enterprise Windows Server environments.
• Administer and support Windows endpoint management solutions (Intune, SCCM/MECM, Autopilot, Entra ID).
• Manage Windows OS deployment, patch management, and lifecycle maintenance.
• Configure and optimize virtualization platforms (Hyper-V, VMware, Azure).
• Monitor performance, availability, and capacity; ensure security and reliability.
• Support storage, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
