We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to join a growing IT infrastructure team in Radnor, PA. This position will have a heavy focus on Microsoft Azure, supporting and improving a hybrid cloud environment while also working across networking, Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and enterprise infrastructure.
The ideal candidate is a hands‑on infrastructure engineer with strong Azure experience who is comfortable troubleshooting complex Tier III infrastructure and networking issues. This role will work closely with other infrastructure, security, and application teams to maintain a secure, reliable, and scalable technology environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer, support, and optimize Microsoft Azure infrastructure, including virtual machines, storage, networking, identity, and related cloud services.
- Support Azure networking, including VNets, subnets, VPNs, routing, DNS, network security groups, and connectivity between cloud and on-premises environments.
- Manage and troubleshoot hybrid infrastructure spanning Azure and on-premises Windows environments.
- Provide advanced Tier III Infrastructure Support, troubleshooting complex server, cloud, identity, networking, and connectivity issues.
- Administer and maintain Windows Server and Active Directory, including Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, authentication, and user/computer management.
- Support Microsoft 365 / Office 365, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, and related Microsoft cloud services.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks, deployments, reporting, and infrastructure processes.
- Troubleshoot network-related issues involving TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, routing, firewalls, and cloud connectivity.
- Assist with infrastructure upgrades, migrations, cloud initiatives, and modernization projects.
- Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, and security while identifying opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Collaborate with security and networking teams to ensure infrastructure follows organizational standards and best practices.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and infrastructure diagrams.
Qualifications
- Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure infrastructure and administration.
- Experience supporting Azure networking and hybrid cloud environments.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, and Group Policy.
- Experience administering Microsoft 365 / Office 365 environments.
- Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
- Solid networking fundamentals, including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, routing, VPNs, firewalls, and network troubleshooting.
- Experience providing Tier III infrastructure support in an enterprise environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across cloud, server, identity, and network technologies.
- Strong communication and documentation skills with the ability to work across technical teams.
