Job summary

ITC Infotech is seeking a Windchill Upgrade Consultant in the United States to lead Windchill upgrades, perform WinDU/WinRU analysis, and resolve upgrade blocks. The role includes creating SNOW tickets, documenting upgrade steps, and ensuring quality throughout the upgrade lifecycle.

Candidates should have 2–5+ years of Windchill upgrade experience, familiarity with Java, and knowledge of Windchill architecture. Remote work within the U.S. is supported with eligibility to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of Windchill upgrade experience and a track record of 3–5 upgrades.
• Strong knowledge of Windchill upgrades, WinDU, WinRU and Upgrade Manager.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow ticket workflows and integration concepts.
• Knowledge of Java programming is a plus for customization tasks.

Responsibilities

• Run WinDU and WinRU analysis and repair tools.
• Fix data integrity or system issues found by WinDU and WinRU.
• Execute the Upgrade Manager and resolve upgrade blocks.
• Create and update tickets in ServiceNow (SNOW).
• Write technical notes and upgrade documentation.
• Follow quality processes and participate in knowledge sharing.
