Job summary

ITC Infotech is seeking an Upgrade and Conversion Senior Windchill Technical Architect for Windchill+ upgrades, with strong expertise in WinDU, WinRU, and Upgrade Manager. The role requires hands-on work, data integrity focus, and collaboration within a global delivery model.

The position is remote within the United States, with a base salary range of $141,470 - $240,553 annually plus comprehensive benefits and 401K with employer match. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of experience in Windchill Upgrades.
• Have executed at least 3-5 upgrades.
• Strong Windchill knowledge.
• Able to provide quality work products that are accurate, consistent, and meet the client’s requirements.

Responsibilities

• You will Run WinDU and WinRU analysis and repair tools.
• You will Fix data integrity or system issues found by WinDU and WinRU.
• You will Execute the Upgrade Manager and resolve upgrade blocks.
• You will Create and update tickets in ServiceNow (SNOW).
• You will write technical notes and upgrade documentation.
• You will follow quality processes for tasks with appropriate reviews.
• You will participate in sharing knowledge within the team.
• You will execute to plan.
