Panorama Energy Services is seeking a Craneless Component Exchange Field Supervisor to oversee multiple wind turbine projects nationwide, coordinating with Operations leadership and customers to meet contract requirements and timelines.

This role requires 3–5 years wind experience, 1 year crew leadership, strong communication, and travel up to 80% domestically; you will supervise technicians, ensure safety, harness maintenance strategies, and document job progress.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years wind turbine experience.
• 1 year experience leading a crew.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically: more than 80% of the time.
• Must possess a valid, current driver’s license.
• Fluent English, both verbally and in writing.
• High School Diploma.
• GWO Certified.
• Uptower Craneless Technology Certification.
• CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, repair, and maintenance of wind turbines and components.
• Lead field technicians and coordinate daily operations.
• Develop maintenance strategies, safety protocols, and quality controls.
• Advise on troubleshooting electrical and mechanical malfunctions.
• Read electrical schematics and ensure proper documentation.
