GE Vernova is seeking a Wind Technician to perform maintenance and repair on wind turbine equipment, traveling within the hub locations. You will troubleshoot, document work, and coordinate with GE’s remote operations team to meet contractual obligations while upholding safety standards.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and relevant wind energy experience or certification; basic computer skills and a valid driver’s license are also needed. Relocation is provided where applicable.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Wind energy related education or certification is preferred.
• Electrical work experience is acceptable.

Responsabilidades

• Work with site leadership to meet customer requirements and daily activities for wind turbine equipment.
• Perform maintenance, repair or replacement of parts to correct malfunctions.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on turbines.
• Assist in site operations with minimal supervision, following safety rules.
• Document all work using service reporting procedures.
• Coordinate with GE’s remote operations center when needed.
