Job summary

The Green Recruitment Company is seeking a Development Analyst/Associate to advance wind energy projects from concept to operation. This remote role coordinates across technical, regulatory, and community workstreams, tracking schedules and budgets while supporting senior leadership on key decisions.

You will conduct feasibility studies, manage permitting, engage landowners and regulators, perform financial analyses, and oversee timelines with internal and external teams to ensure milestones are

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience in renewable energy or project finance preferred (1–5 years).
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and project management.

Responsibilities

• Support development of wind energy projects from initial concept through commercial operation.
• Assist permitting and ensure regulatory approvals.
• Engage with landowners, communities, regulators, and stakeholders.
• Conduct financial modeling and investment proposals.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Evaluate technical aspects of development including wind resource and interconnection studies.
• Identify and mitigate risks with contingency planning.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on progress and milestones.
