Job summary

The Green Recruitment Company is seeking a Development Analyst/Associate to drive wind energy projects from concept through commercial operation. You will coordinate across technical, commercial, regulatory, and community workstreams and support senior leadership on major decisions.

The optimal candidate brings strong project coordination skills, experience with landowners, consultants, and regulators, and a hands-on, detail-oriented approach to maintaining schedules and budgets while advancing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 1–5 years in renewable energy, infrastructure, or project finance preferred.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency in Excel and project management.
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong interest in renewable energy and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Support development of wind energy projects from initial concept through commercial operation.
• Assist in site identification, resource assessment, land acquisition, and feasibility studies.
• Support permitting process and ensure environmental/regulatory approvals are obtained.
• Engage with landowners, communities, regulators, and stakeholders and negotiate agreements as needed.
• Conduct financial modeling and analysis to evaluate project viability and support financing.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and coordination with internal teams and contractors.
• Evaluate wind resource, interconnection studies, and engineering aspects.
