K9 Wear, Inc. is hiring a Retail Sales Executive to own the full sales cycle with brick-and-mortar retail accounts across the United States. You will secure buyer meetings, present collections, and close purchase orders, traveling to targeted meetings and trade shows as needed.

The role focuses on converting retailer interest into committed orders, coordinating with an external sales agency, and collaborating with leadership to drive growth and brand presence in national retail channels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B or wholesale sales experience.
• Track record of converting buyer meetings into purchase orders.
• Experience negotiating pricing and terms.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with a professional, energetic presence.

Responsibilities

• Win new retail accounts.
• Secure meetings with buyers at national big-box retailers and specialty pet chains.
• Present K9 Wear's licensed collections with a compelling, buyer-ready pitch.
• Convert presentations into purchase orders and own the full sales cycle.
• Book appointments, run buyer meetings, and drive follow-up through close.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and order commitments; travel 1–2 times per month.
