Job summary

Turing is seeking professionals with strong experience in order management, customer coordination, and wholesale trade operations to manage daily order processing and client communication in B2B or logistics environments.

In this freelance role, you will review and process purchase orders, write structured workflows for order entry and fulfillment, and assess AI-generated responses for accuracy and clarity in trade operations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as an Order Clerk, Operations Coordinator, or Trade Support Specialist in wholesale trade, logistics, or supply chain environments.
• Strong understanding of order processing systems, invoicing, and inventory coordination.
• Excellent English communication and analytical reasoning skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and process customer purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely entry into internal systems.
• Write structured, detailed workflows covering order entry, verification, shipment tracking, and fulfillment reporting.
• Assess AI-generated responses for accuracy, process alignment, and clarity in trade and logistics operations.
• Write clear, step-by-step explanations describing real-world trade and customer support workflows.
