The Herd Lending is seeking experienced Wholesale Mortgage Brokers to build a thriving business from home. This fully remote opportunity is open to professionals who reside in Florida and hold active NMLS registration, with a strong track record in mortgage origination.

As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will develop relationships, guide borrowers through the process, and offer a broad range of traditional and specialty loan programs.

Formación

• Active NMLS registration and state licenses required.
• Experience in mortgage loan origination.
• Ability to generate business and referral relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with borrowers and referral partners.
• Guide borrowers through the mortgage process and qualification requirements.
• Educate clients on available mortgage products, rates, costs, timelines.
• Recommend loan solutions aligning with borrowers’ financial situations.
• Review loan files for potential challenges early in the process.
• Maintain an active pipeline and follow up with leads and clients.
• Develop new business through networking and personal marketing.
• Follow all regulatory requirements.
