Job summary

Longbridge Financial, LLC is seeking a Wholesale Pipeline Resolution Specialist for a remote role. The candidate should bring a reverse processing background and 2–3 years of underwriting experience, with strong communication skills to coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Underwriting teams.

Qualifications

• Former Reverse Processor who holds a DE with 2–3 years underwriting experience.
• Ability to structure files and guide loan decisions across departments.

Responsibilities

• File structuring and pipeline retention to position loans for processing and closing.
• Review complex loan scenarios and provide guidance on exceptions and disclosures.
• Track and document loan reviews and decisions in LOS for compliance.
• Host regular sessions with Loan Officers and Sales Coordinators for guidance and reviews.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and Underwriting to resolve structuring challenges.
