FP Movement is seeking an Account Executive to support the wholesale specialty business alongside the Sales Manager. You will drive sales, manage operations, and ensure consistent execution across accounts.

You will meet sales and shipping goals via proactive planning, weekly selling analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with operations and customer service. Remote role with Rockies territory travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales Manager to meet sales and shipping goals on a monthly, quarterly, seasonal, and annual basis.
• Weekly Line Sheet updates based on ATS reports.
• Process Return Authorizations, Damage Requests and Credit Memos for Specialty Team.
• Create weekly emails and marketing blasts in Canva.
• Coordinate with operations and customer service to deliver timely, complete orders and track shipping.
• Anticipate next steps to ensure goals are met within the month and ahead.
• Monitor market trends and identify future business opportunities and profitability.
• Increase brand awareness within the Rockies territory and travel as needed.
• Attend showroom market appointments and major trade shows.
• Monitor and analyze weekly selling data to identify reorders and replenishment opportunities.

Role Summary

FP Movement is looking for an Account Executive to support the wholesale specialty business by partnering with the Sales Manager to drive sales, manage operations, and ensure consistent execution across accounts. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales and shipping goals through proactive planning, weekly selling analysis, and close cross-functional collaboration.

Role Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales Manager to meet and exceed sales and shipping goalson a monthly, quarterly, seasonal, and annual basis.
• Weekly Line Sheet updates based on ATS reports
• Submit Return Authorization, Damage Request and Credit Memo’s for Specialty Team
• Work in Canva to create Weekly email and marketing blast.
• Partner with operations and customer service teams to deliver timely andcomplete orders to accounts; track and monitor shipping.
• Responsible for the overall scope of the business; anticipate next steps thatneed to be taken to ensure that goals are met consistently prior to the monthand within the month
• Monitor market trends and identify future business opportunities andprofitability
• Increase brand awareness within the NW territory
• Ensure order maintenance is executed on a timely manner
• Administrative work as it relates to specialty store product setups, ATSreports, and scheduling etc.
• Monitor and compile weekly selling analysis - style selling, location Selling,top styles- identify reorder and replenishment opportunities.
• Attend and prepare for in showroom market appointments and attend majortrade shows.
• Monitor market trends and analyze future business opportunities
• Must have a global awareness of the Free People business.

Pay Range

USD $70,000.00 - USD $75,000.00 /Yr.
