Job summary

Free People is seeking a Wholesale Temporary Account Executive to land FP Department Store budgets and drive sales across weekly/monthly/quarterly cycles. You will manage accounts, create reorders, perform order maintenance, and handle copy, samples, and templates to maximize profitability.

The role requires attention to detail, multitasking, and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and industry systems. This temporary position supports URBN's wholesale team and contributes to account performance.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Ability to multitask across multiple accounts and deadlines.

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
• Experience with BlueCherry, Nuorder, Skypad, and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and margin expectations for owned accounts.
• Prepare for market appointments with complete history and samples.
• General order maintenance and prioritization to maximize ship-pability.
• Complete account copy information (COM, COO, care and content, CA pricing).
• Ensure style data loads correctly into GXS prior to EDI timing.
• Review and correct style information on orders after market.
• Pull data for weekly sales recap and analyze trends.
• Review weekly e-commerce listings to keep styles and MDs accurate.
