Job summary

Newfi Lending is seeking a Remote – Region based Mortgage Wholesale Account Executive to expand our national wholesale footprint. You will leverage an existing prospect base and approved accounts to grow revenue while delivering outstanding service to lenders.

This role requires at least 2 years in mortgage lending and 1 year in mortgage sales, strong CRM skills, and a solid grasp of FHA/VA guidelines. You will work with cross-functional teams to meet pull-through and loan quality targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in the mortgage lending industry.
• Minimum 1 year of mortgage sales experience.
• High comfort level with web-based tools including a CRM.
• Knowledge of competitive landscape in wholesale.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a national account base that values a partnership with Newfi Wholesale.
• Utilize daily dashboard data to determine business trends and course correct when necessary.
• Partner with internal support team to deliver optimal service levels and foster account relationships.
• Maintain current knowledge of industry trends to anticipate and proactively meet customer needs.
• Develop an account database that hits key metrics such as pull-through, product mix and loan quality.
• Maintain familiarity with regulatory and industry standards and requirements.
