Job summary

United Trust Bank seeks an experienced Wholesale Account Executive to grow broker relationships across the Southeast. This remote role supports broker and correspondent partners from the US, with travel within the assigned region as needed.

You will drive loan volume, coordinate with pricing and guidelines, and ensure a smooth borrower and broker experience within a well-established wholesale lending platform.

Qualifications

• Experience as Wholesale or TPO Account Executive with broker networks.
• Strong knowledge of conventional, government, and non-QM loan products.
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage a territory independently and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of wholesale broker and mini correspondent partners.
• Drive loan volume growth by onboarding new approved brokers.
• Serve as the primary contact for pricing, guidelines, and loan scenarios.
• Partner with operations, underwriting, and marketing for a smooth experience.
• Represent United Trust Bank at industry events and broker visits.
• Stay current on GSE and government guidelines to advise partners.
