Qualifications

• California Bar required.
• Three to five years in employment litigation or related fields.
• Experience with whistleblower/retaliation, wage-hour or discrimination matters is valued.

Responsibilities

• Handle retaliation and whistleblower claims from internal complaint through to possible summary judgment.
• Work on wage and hour class actions and PAGA representation actions.
• Advocate FEHA discrimination and harassment cases in state and federal court.
• Manage arbitrations, mediations, and trials when they occur.
