Job summary

Gainor Staffing seeks a Community Relations Liaison to build strong ties with local government, community organizations, and business stakeholders. You will represent the company at meetings and public events, and lead engagement for new and existing sites.

Based in West Texas with willingness to travel, you will support permitting and zoning efforts, manage community feedback, and coordinate with internal teams to address priorities across multiple sites in the El Paso metro area.

Qualifications

• Experience in community relations, government affairs, public affairs, or related field.
• Strong communication and public speaking abilities.
• Based in West Texas and willing to travel.
• Experience with local government or land use processes is preferred.
• Experience in data centers, energy, infrastructure, or real estate development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison with community members, local officials, and civic organizations
• Represent the company at public meetings, hearings, and community events
• Lead engagement initiatives for new and existing sites
• Support permitting and zoning efforts through stakeholder outreach
• Develop community communications and manage feedback
• Coordinate with internal teams to address community concerns and priorities
