Job summary

Gainor Staffing is seeking a Community Relations Manager to lead outreach and stakeholder engagement across West Texas project sites. You will serve as the primary liaison with community members, local officials, and civic organizations.

Based in the El Paso metropolitan area with willingness to travel, you will represent the company at public meetings and hearings, coordinate with internal teams, and support permitting efforts to advance project development.

Qualifications

• Experience in community relations, government affairs, public affairs, or a related field.
• Skilled at building relationships with government, community, and business stakeholders.
• Strong communication and public speaking abilities.
• Based in West Texas and willing to travel regularly.
• Experience with local government or land use processes is preferred.
• Experience in data centers, energy, infrastructure, or real estate development is a plus.

Location: El Paso Metropolitan Area (Remote but requires site visits and travel around West Texas)
