Job summary

OOS Management Corp. is seeking an Outreach & Growth Representative in El Paso, TX to expand services for families in need. This role focuses on building relationships with schools, pediatricians, and community organizations to ensure effective outreach.

Qualifications

• Experience in community outreach, business development, or client acquisition.
• Experience managing a sales or referral pipeline with documented results.
• Ability to independently manage a field-based schedule with high accountability.

Responsibilities

• Submit new clients to intake teams accurately and monitor the pipeline.
• Interview and staff RBT/BCBA cases as a liaison between field staff and headquarters.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools and community organizations.
• Report weekly on outreach activity and conversion metrics.
