The DSP will drive growth and retention by executing comprehensive, client-facing strategies with operations and functional leaders across the region.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in account management or sales-related roles.
• Strong operational, financial proposal development, and client engagement skills.
• Experience selling complex services to large clients.
• Excellent written and oral communication, MS Office proficiency, CRM experience (Salesforce).
• Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead external client relationship building to understand strategic objectives and pains.
• Partner with internal teams to develop solutions meeting client objectives.
• Perform account diagnostics to address retention risks and drive innovation.
• Develop and manage account planning, communications, reviews, proposals, and negotiations.
• Identify growth opportunities and renewal strategies through data analysis.
• Advocate for clients to renew and extend contracts with long-term value propositions.
• Ensure wiring plans and meetings are scheduled and executed yearly.
• Lead the strategic account management process with region leadership.
