Job summary

Cocojune Products is seeking a Key Account Manager - West to lead sales across Natural and Conventional retailers on the West Coast. This role owns pricing, trade spend, and account presentations, and builds strong relationships with major buyers.

Remote role with a preference for Southern California; you will report to the Head of Sales and collaborate with marketing and supply chain to drive growth while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience in Food & Beverage, managing conventional and natural retailers.
• Excel proficiency is required for success in the role.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business or related area.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and manage direct communication.
• Grow Cocojune’s shelf presence and hit targets across key categories.
• Maintain presence with buyers for category reviews and keep Cocojune top of mind between reviews.
• Lead monthly business reviews covering sales trend, promotions, and pricing.
• Prepare category review materials with data, visuals, pricing and plans.
• Manage brokers or direct accounts lacking broker coverage where needed.
• Collaborate with supply chain planning, forecast sharing, and inventory management.
• Plan and execute promotional activity and manage trade spend against budget.
• Collaborate with marketing on shopper marketing and activation programs.
• Provide market insights to leadership for pricing, strategy, and new product development.
• Frequent store visits and market tours; 35%+ travel anticipated.
