Job summary

Divert is seeking a Regional Transportation Manager to lead safety, profitability, and performance across its West Coast facilities. You will own P&L, drive data-driven improvements, and manage a team of Supervisors and Drivers while aligning transportation with company goals and customer expectations.

Travel about 50% annually; role is remote but requires residency on the West Coast. Strong leadership, analytics, and regulatory compliance are essential for EBITDA and service improvements.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years or more P&L responsibility.
• Five (5) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field.
• Five (5) years or more managing, leading and developing direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, coach, and develop Transportation Supervisors to achieve safety, service, and performance targets.
• Establish and manage KPIs to monitor network efficiency, cost, and service quality.
• Execute transportation strategies to drive improvements in KPIs.
• Drive standardization and consistency for sites in transportation processes, metrics, and reporting.
• Foster collaboration and a positive work culture across transportation teams and drivers.
