Job summary

Divert is seeking a Regional Transportation Manager to lead safety, profitability, and performance across its West Coast transportation network. This role reports to the Director of Logistics and emphasizes data-driven decisions, KPI management, and team development.

You will manage a remote team of Supervisors and Drivers, drive EBITDA improvements, and ensure DOT compliance while traveling about 50% annually to oversee facilities and operations.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years in supply chain/logistics with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to manage P&L and drive EBITDA improvements.
• Strong data analytics and financial analysis skills.
• Experience with transportation management systems and ERP tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional transportation P&L, budgets, variances, and cost reduction opportunities.
• Lead, coach, and develop Supervisors and Drivers for safety and performance.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to optimize efficiency and service quality.
• Drive continuous improvement in transportation processes and technology usage.
• Ensure compliance with applicable DOT/FMCSA standards.
