n8n is seeking a leader to build and head the West Coast Customer Success function, guiding strategic enterprise accounts, ensuring adoption, retention, and expansion while scaling the team and operating model. Remote role with hiring focus in California, Texas or Colorado.

You’ll combine hands-on customer leadership with deliberate people development and strong execution. Expect partnership with Sales, Product, Support, and GTM to drive end-to-end customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ to 3+ years of people management experience with a track record of hiring, developing, and retaining CS talent.
