Job summary

Campbell Soup Company is seeking a Customer Sales Lead for the West Region (remote, West Coast residence required). You will lead business plans for West Regional C-Store retailers and wholesalers, focusing on volume growth for Campbell's snacks.

You will manage trade budgets, collaborate with brokers and brand teams, and develop accurate forecasts to maximize distribution and profits while building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• 6+ years sales experience (2 years with C-Store preferred).
• Experience with e4 or comparable trade demand planning system.
• Experience with syndicated data (IRI or AC Nielsen) beneficial.
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; able to interpret data using internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver annual operating plan for sales, profit and trade management for West Regional accounts.
• Monitor and update customers' business plans, managing trade budgets and volumes.
• Collaborate with broker partners, Sales Planning, Supply Chain, Marketing and brand teams to commercialize C-store solutions.
• Manage performance of 3rd party broker for C-Store.
• Develop new customer relationships to drive volume.
• Conduct post-event analysis to evaluate promotional results and guide future opportunities.
• Lead category assessments to gain shelf presence and strategy alignment.
• Develop monthly forecasts to optimize supply chain and flag risks.
