Job summary

Campbell Soup Company seeks a Customer Sales Lead for C-Store in the Midwest. This remote role drives the annual operating plan for sales, coordinates with retailers and brokers, and grows distribution across Campbell's Snacks categories and brands.

You will develop forecasts, manage trade budgets, and collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and field teams to maximize volume and share. 10-20% travel ahead.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5-7+ years sales experience in C-Store preferred.
• Experience with e4 or comparable trade planning system.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Deliver annual operating plan for sales, profit and trade management.
• Monitor and update the customer business plan and manage trade budgets.
• Develop forecasts and manage distribution and inventory for assigned accounts.
• Sell-in new items and attend key customer trade shows.
• Lead cross-functional teamwork with Marketing, Supply Chain and Broker partners.
