Job summary

NTT DATA North America is seeking a Clinical EMR Configuration / Business Analyst with strong WellSky experience to guide EMR conversion programs and drive process improvements. You will collaborate across clinical, technical, and operational stakeholders in a fast-paced Agile environment, delivering measurable business value.

The role focuses on end-to-end WellSky configuration, BU-driven design validation, and executive-level status reporting, with remote work options for U.S. locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on WellSky EMR experience including configuration, implementation, workflow design, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Expertise configuring WellSky modules, clinical workflows, assessments, forms, care plans, security roles, user permissions, and reporting functionalities.
• Strong executive, stakeholder, and client-facing communication skills with the ability to facilitate workshops, present recommendations, and influence decisions.
• 7+ years of experience leveraging Azure DevOps for Agile project delivery, requirements management, test coordination, defect tracking, and release governance.
• 7+ years of experience in Agile environments supporting large-scale healthcare implementations, system enhancements, and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end configuration and customization of WellSky EMR solutions, ensuring alignment with clinical, operational, regulatory, and business requirements.
• Analyze WellSky modules, workflows, data structures, and configuration settings to support implementation, optimization, and conversion initiatives.
• Partner with client stakeholders to assess current-state clinical workflows, identify process improvements, and align EMR solutions with business objectives.
• Gather requirements, conduct interviews/workshops, and document business and functional requirements.
• Perform current-state/future-state analysis, gap assessments, root cause analysis, and business process modeling.
• Create and manage BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and traceability matrices.
• Provide consulting support for WellSky conversion and implementation programs, including solution design validation and deployment readiness.
