Wellness Coordinator (Remote - Must Be Based in Louisiana or Texas) with Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, supports social determinants of health and community programs across southeastern Texas and southwestern Louisiana. You will connect teammates to resources, assist with benefits enrollment, and collaborate with community partners to improve access to services.

The role emphasizes outreach, education on holistic wellness, and outcomes follow-ups, with travel up to 60% as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to support various shifts, including evenings/weekends.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments and connect teammates with resources.
• Assist with applications for assistance programs and benefit enrollment.
• Coordinate with emergency funds to support financial hardship.
• Build relationships with community organizations and service providers.
• Partner with managers to ensure teammates receive support.
• Facilitate educational sessions on whole-person health and wellness.
• Perform 30-, 60-, 90-day and annual follow-ups to monitor outcomes.
