Job summary

Tribe Wellness Sales is seeking an Appointment Setting Representative to join a fully remote health and wellness team. You will book Protocol Review Appointments using scripts, connect with customers, and help drive growth.

You should be a strong communicator, comfortable with technology, and able to work 40 hours weekly starting at 8 AM CST. Experience in remote roles and with Salesforce/VOIP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in appointment setting preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week.
• Reliable internet and equipment for frequent calls.
• Comfort with scripts and structured processes.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to book Protocol Review Appointments using established scripts.
• Report to the ASR Director, join daily stand-ups, and participate in one-on-one meetings.
• Measure success by Appointments Set, Show Rate, and Appointment Outcome.
