Job summary

Huzzle is assisting a premier holistic health clinic in Hawaii in finding a Patient Care Coordinator. You will be the primary contact for patients, managing high-volume outreach, scheduling diverse services, and ensuring a smooth path to care.

This is a fast-paced, high-impact role requiring excellent communication and a proactive approach. Ideal candidates are energized by helping patients, comfortable with CRM tools like Keap Pro, and able to maintain meticulous records.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in appointment setting or high-volume outbound calling.
• Exceptional verbal communication and a professional phone presence.
• Active listening with authentic conversations, not scripted.
• Experience handling sales objections with a consultative approach.
• Strong organization and note-taking to manage daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Make 150+ dials per day to new leads and patients.
• Be the first point of contact with a warm, professional voice.
• Schedule and book appointments for IV Therapy, Acupuncture, and naturopathic consultations.
• Follow up on website leads and re-engage former patients.
• Handle pricing and insurance objections with empathy and confidence.
• Maintain records in Google Sheets and Calendar to optimize scheduling.
• Execute text and email follow-ups to reduce no-shows.
