The role requires a mechanical engineering degree and 7–10+ years TIG/GTAW experience; willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally; familiarity with WPS/PQR and AWS/ASME

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 7–10+ years TIG/GTAW welding of Stainless Steel, Copper and Aluminum.
• Willingness to travel 50% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for welding design, processes and qualification.
• Develop and mentor training to uphold structural and aesthetic standards.
• Improve welding sequences, fixtures and tooling to boost efficiency.
• Collaborate with Quality to manage WPS and PQR per ASME/AWS codes.
• Ensure safe handling of materials, PPE use and ISO compliance.
