Panacea Health Corp is hiring a Centralized Intake Specialist for a part-time, weekend shift (Saturday and Sunday, 8am-8pm). The role is remote with the requirement that applicants reside in Pennsylvania.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active PA RN or LPN license, in good standing.
• Experience in admission coordination, preferably with skilled nursing facilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong knowledge of health regulation policies, medical terminology, and health insurance processes.
• Experience with patient management software and EHR systems.
• Excellent customer service with clear communication via phone and referrals.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and patient confidentiality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for incoming referrals, calls, and inquiries with friendly professionalism.
• Collect and verify patient information using EHR and PointClickCare.
• Screen and triage initial patient needs according to policies and terminology.
• Schedule follow-up visits and coordinate with skilled nursing facilities for smooth patient flow.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of patient records per privacy regulations.
• Assist with verifying insurance details and related medical administrative tasks.
• Document all interactions thoroughly in EHR systems for accuracy.
