Job summary

RPM is seeking a Part-Time Seasonal Tracking Weekend Operations Representative to monitor, track and proactively manage shipments during overnight hours (10:00pm–8:00am ET) for high-risk/high-value accounts.

You will use Turvo and customer portals, perform routine check-calls, and coordinate with After-Hours leadership to resolve delays or incidents, while keeping portals updated and communicating clearly with the day shift.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of logistics experience.
• 1+ year as Operations Representative or Tracking Support.
• Experience supporting after-hours capacity.
• Strong multi-tasking and communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely with occasional in-office meetings.

Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time shipment statuses for high-risk/high-value accounts using Turvo.
• Communicate via email and phone with internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform routine check-calls and location monitoring per SLAs.
• Identify delays, route deviations, and security alerts, escalating as needed.
• Provide hand-off with clear tasks for day shift and maintain portals.
