Job summary

Panacea Health Corp is seeking a dynamic Centralized Intake Specialist to join our healthcare team. This remote, part-time role requires living in Pennsylvania and working every Saturday and Sunday from 8am to 8pm.

You will be the first point of contact for patients, coordinate initial assessments, and manage referrals with care and accuracy. Ideal candidates have an active PA RN or LPN license, strong communication skills, and experience with EHR systems and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR/EHR) systems.
• Strong knowledge of health regulation policies and medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for referrals and inquiries.
• Verify patient information using EHR systems.
• Screen and triage patient needs in accordance with policies and terminology.
• Schedule follow-ups and coordinate with facilities to ensure smooth flow.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and health privacy laws.
• Assist with insurance verification and administrative tasks.
• Document all interactions in EHR accurately.
