Marquis Health Consulting Services is seeking a Remote Weekend Admission Liaison to evaluate, refer, and admit patients for appropriate placement across four Skilled Nursing Facilities. The role supports the central intake and admissions process from a remote weekend schedule, with weekend hours and data entry responsibilities.

The ideal candidate has SNF admissions experience, strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and PointClickCare, and solid knowledge of Medicare/Managed Care

Qualifications

• Prior experience in Admissions at a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) is required.
• Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office products and PointClickCare (PCC).
• Working knowledge of federal and state regulations and reimbursement, including Managed Care, Medicare, and HMOs.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate, refer, and admit patients or residents for appropriate placement based on individual needs and current bed availability.
• Receive referrals by phone, from care referral partners, via EMR, or by fax.
