Job summary

Deutsch Family Wine & Spirits is seeking a Website Operations Manager to own and maintain our brand websites. You will oversee operations, ongoing enhancements, and redesigns, partnering with Marketing, Brand, agencies, and technology teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences that drive growth and engagement.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years managing websites, strong project and vendor management, and hands-on CMS experience including Shopify Plus.

Qualifications

• Experience managing websites, digital platforms, and web operations (5+ years).
• Proven ability to lead website redesign projects and coordinate cross-functional digital initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into actionable website solutions.
• Strong project management and vendor management experience.
• Experience with Shopify Plus and Hydrogen preferred; WordPress a plus.
• Familiarity with analytics, SEO, and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the DFWS website portfolio across multiple brands and ensure platform health.
• Lead website redesign projects from discovery to launch with structured PM methods.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Brand, Digital agencies, and Technology partners.
• Perform hands-on website administration, troubleshooting, and CMS configuration.
• Manage intake, prioritization, and release planning for website enhancements.
• Ensure accessibility, privacy, and compliance; work with IT Security as needed.
