Job summary

Deutsch Family Wine & Spirits in Stamford, CT, is seeking a Website Operations Manager to own our brand website portfolio, oversee operations, and drive performance. You will collaborate with Marketing, Brand teams, agencies, and Tech partners to deliver high-quality digital experiences that support growth and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Information Systems, CS, Digital Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing websites, digital platforms, and web operations.
• Experience leading website redesign projects and coordinating cross-functional digital initiatives.
• Demonstrated expertise with Shopify (Plus and Hydrogen preferred).
• Strong project management and vendor management experience.
• Experience maintaining and administering modern website platforms and CMS solutions.
• Strong understanding of website technologies, integrations, APIs, and digital ecosystems.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, and website troubleshooting methodologies.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEO, GEO, and website performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own the DFWS website portfolio across brands and manage day-to-day operations.
• Oversee enhancements, support activities, and platform health for reliable performance.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and tech teams to resolve website issues.
• Lead website redesign projects from discovery through launch.
• Partner with agencies for complex development, design, and architecture work.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and communication strategies.
• Manage risks, budgets, testing, QA, and post-launch stabilization.
