Qualifications

• 5+ years of website management and digital platform experience.
• Proven ability to lead website redesigns end-to-end.

• Experience working with external agencies and partners.
• Strong understanding of web technologies and APIs.
• Experience with accessibility, privacy, and compliance considerations.

Responsibilities

• Own the DFWS website portfolio across multiple brands and ensure site stability.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, enhancements, and platform health.
• Lead redesign projects from discovery to launch with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with agencies and technology partners on complex builds.
• Manage intake, prioritization, and deployment of enhancement requests.
• Troubleshoot issues across content, integrations, and analytics.
• Ensure data integrity across connected systems and digital experiences.
• Document processes and governance standards.
