MOCA Systems, Inc. is seeking a Website & Marketing Content Manager to enhance how customers discover information, understand our software and services, and move toward a demo or contact.

You’ll own WordPress/Elementor-based pages, navigation, and content hierarchy across MOCA, Touchplan, and MOCA Services sites. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, web design, digital media, communications, or related field preferred.
• At least 3 years in website management, digital design, or digital marketing with responsibility for improving business websites.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining WordPress sites with Elementor, including responsive layouts and templates.
• A portfolio showing web design judgement and examples of journey, usability, or conversion improvements.
• Understanding of user experience, navigation, accessibility, on-page SEO, and conversion rate optimization.
• Experience interpreting GA4 and Google Search Console data to inform site changes.
• Strong editing, QA, and project management skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and build WordPress pages and landing pages using Elementor and ensure responsive layouts.
• Own day-to-day website execution, improve structure, navigation, and calls to action based on audience needs.
• Manage branding assets, templates, and publishing practices, ensuring consistency with approved branding.
• Coordinate with marketing operations and developers to verify tracking, CRM connections, and lead routing.
• Create testable recommendations for layouts, messaging, and CTAs; perform A/B testing where applicable.
• Monitor site health, optimize assets, and resolve performance issues with developers.
