Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, web design, digital media, or related field.
• 3+ years managing websites, digital design, or marketing with measurable impact.
• Hands-on WordPress and Elementor experience with responsive layouts.
• Portfolio showing journey maps, usability improvements, or conversion optimization.
• Strong knowledge of UX, navigation, accessibility, on-page SEO, and CRO.
• Experience interpreting GA4/Google Search Console data to drive changes.
• Excellent editing, QA, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Map visitor journeys and improve navigation, content, and CTAs.
• Design and build WordPress pages and reusable templates with Elementor.
• Analyze site performance with GA4, GSC, and heatmaps to prioritize changes.
• Coordinate tracking, CRM integration, and lead routing with marketing ops.
• Maintain brand assets and ensure accessibility and cross‑device consistency.
