Qualifications

4+ years of software engineering experience using Rust, Kotlin, or Go.
Proficiency in at least one of Rust, Kotlin, or Go.
Experience with blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized applications.
Strong understanding of Web3 principles, decentralization and cryptography.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while effectively communicating with a distributed team.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Implement and optimize smart contracts and blockchain protocols.
Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to a high-quality codebase.
