Qualifications

• Proficiency in Go, Rust, or TypeScript with ability to work independently.
• Experience building smooth user-facing features.
• Comfort navigating an existing codebase and reusing patterns.
• Strong emphasis on testing, maintainability, and clear documentation.
• Good communication and collaboration within a team.
• Bonus: iOS features using Swift and Apple SDKs.
• Experience supporting production systems and on-call rotations.
• Familiarity with improving developer workflows (CI/CD, testing, documentation).

Responsibilities

• Build and ship new features and product improvements within your team's codebase.
• Own delivery of small-to-medium scoped projects with minimal oversight.
• Participate in the full development lifecycle from planning to post-launch support.
• Write maintainable, well-tested code and contribute to testing strategies.
• Document work clearly and share context for teams to review.
• Provide thoughtful code reviews to improve quality and team delivery.
• Collaborate with customer support to investigate issues and prioritize feedback.
